In between the two domes is a common kitchen with two living/lounge spaces. The kitchen has all the comforts one would need including a stainless steel refrigerator, 6-burner stove, plenty of counter space, and more.  There is an indoor sitting area that looks out onto an inviting pool deck and covered patio.

Enjoy meals or lounging on the covered patio with an outdoor dining table for six along with a seating area. The infinity pool is beyond inviting with expansive views of the pacific. It is a wonderful place to take in the ocean views and stunning sunsets.

The common kitchen and outdoor spaces are a traditional build and the domes are a unique earthbag eco-build.  The final product is true work of art. The dome villas are a superadobe build of natural and locally sourced building materials. The simple process involves filling long, cylindrical polypropylene bags with a mix of moistened earth, sand, and gravel. Then the bags are laid on top of one another in circular rows. The bag rows are secured and barbed wire is placed between each row. This adds extra stability and strength.  Once constructed, the dome house was coated in a smooth plaster finish to protect it from UV exposure and rainwater. In general superadobe-style build is considered resistant to harsh weather conditions and natural disasters such as earthquakes, fires, and floods.
