Located in the heart of San Juan Del Sur, Annie’s Market is one of the oldest existing structures in town. The property was acquired with plans to create a mixed-use project with commercial space on the ground level and residential apartments above. A change in market conditions led us to reevaluate and adapt our plans, eliminating the residential aspect and leaning into the opportunity to create a landmark retail destination.

Tapping his past experience with The McDevitt Company, an international retail tenant & landlord representation firm, Leslie hand-selected tenants who exhibited synergy to create an open commercial plaza with a country mart feel. Annie’s Market will be enjoyed by locals and visitors alike, for years to come.
