You will have access to a well and water filter system via the neighbors. Your casita is accessed from a well-maintained driveway that leads to the front door.
The casita was built 15 years ago and renovated one and a half years ago. The renovations included: roof repairs, new stucco on walls, the shower with piedra laga, a kitchen sink, and a toilet. New concrete pillars replaced the porch’s wooden pillars, adding a terrace.
The property has two access roads: one leading to the Chocolate Road, and the other leading to Marsella Beach. There are several other beaches nearby too.
You can find the crowd-favorite Machete Market Cafe close by for food options. It offers your morning coffee, Friday night Pizza, and even the occasional Sunday artisanal market. The town of San Juan Del Sur is 15 minutes by car for anything else you may need.
